Thank you for choosing Lumaflex!
We offer a 30-day limited return policy on all of our items and a limited warranty of 2 years. If you are not satisfied with the product(s), you may return them within 30 days of ordering. Please contact our Lumaflex Customer Support Team to assist you with the return process. We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours. Please note that public holidays and high-volume periods may cause delays.
Returning Your Item(s) in Simple Steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service Team via phone at +1 786-418-931, email us, or contact our Live Chat to request a return.
2. Provide proof of purchase and the reason for the return. Once confirmed, we will instruct you on how to proceed with the return.
Note: Returned items must be shipped to our warehouse for inspection of quality and resellability.
3. After the items have been received and deemed sellable by our fulfillment center's inspection staff, we will process your return.
Refunds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or creditor.
Items Returned/Cancelled Due to Incorrect Order(s):
Orders placed on lumaflex.com that remain unprocessed or unfulfilled at the time of a cancellation request will not incur any charges or fees. If an order needs to be returned due to an incorrect address, incorrect item ordered, or any reason attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred, including shipping, handling, processing fees and restocking. Lumaflex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to choose whether to partially or fully cover these expenses, but is under no obligation to do so.
