Do you have a physical store location?

As we are only at the beginning of our journey, we have not yet established our physical store. We are actively looking for cooperations and partnerships, so feel free to contact us via our Corporate Inquiry Page , and who knows where our dreams will take us

Are my personal and payment details secure?

All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology, and Shopify is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, meeting the highest standards of payment security. Additionally, we follow strict privacy policies and utilize advanced fraud detection systems to ensure your data is secure. You can shop with confidence knowing your information is well-protected.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Yes, we do. Those discounts are provided through our Corporate Sales Program .

Do you have First Responder discounts?

Yes, we do. When you have added the desired products to cart and arrive at checkout, please verify your status with ID.me and you'll see the discount added to your checkout automatically.

Does Lumaflex offer discounts?

Yes, we do. Lumaflex does campaigns throughout the year through which discounts and deals are offered. In order to stay up to date on the latest and be informed when we are about to start a campaign, feel free to subscribe to our newsletter.

How do I subscribe to the Lumaflex newsletter?

Payment, Shipping & Returns

How long does delivery take?

Current delivery options:

Free Shipping option: Expected delivery within 6 to 14 business days.

Expedited Shipping option: Expected delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that force majeure events, such as natural disasters or peak holiday traffic, may delay your order delivery.

How do I use my discount code / coupon?

Discount codes can be used by applying them in the designated discount / coupon code box at checkout.

What payment options can I use at Lumaflex?

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay. Please also note that we have options to split payments with 0% interested via Shop Pay as well as First Responder Discounts at checkout via ID.me as well as Insurance fund opportunities via Truemed.

What is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets customers save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. This can save your customers time when they check out, especially if they've already opted in to Shop Pay on any Shopify store.

Shop Pay Installments is a payment option you can find at checkout that allows customers to pay for orders between 50 USD and 3,000 USD in 4 interest-free installments.

When do I receive my parcel's Tracking Code?

Right after you order has been processed (please allow for one day after the order has been placed) you will receive the order tracking email in which you will find the tracking number of your parcel.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes, you can. Please add the expected delivery date in the "Note box" at checkout and we will do our best to time your delivery accordlingly.

How is my order delivered?

Lumaflex has stock located in warehouses with both Amazon and our own warehousing at Amsterdam and Miami. Based on the shipping address, stock availability and available staff, Lumaflex will, at it's discretion choose any available carrier to deliver your order to the intended shipping address.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. In the event of a cancellation, we would like to advise you to reach out to our Customer Service as soon as possible via email or call us at +1 786-418-9319 .

In the event that your item has already shipped out, you may be liable to processing, shipping and handling as well as restocking fees.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can. In the event of of a need for address change, please reach out to our Customer Service or call us at +1 786-418-9319, they will assist you with changing your address.

I didn't receive my order, what do I do?

In case of a missed or delayed delivery, please use the delivery information with Tracking ID to contact the logistics partner to receive a status update. In the event that they are unable to resolve the issue with you, please reach out to us with the following:

* Your tracking ID
* Your Order Number
* Your Intended Delivery Address

We will reach out to you via email within 48 hours to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Where do you deliver?

Lumaflex delivers globally. However, on the off chance that your location isn't on the list of deliverable addresses, please contact Customer Support via Live Chat,  Email Us , or call us at  +1 786-418-9319 with your request. 

You prices are different on various platforms, why?

Campaign prices and retail prices may differ on various platforms due to our marketing approaches as well as platform fees incurred per sale due to regulations.

Does Lumaflex offer any discounts for first responders or military personel?

Yes, we do. At checkout, please log in to the ID.me verification system to receive your exclusive discount offer.

Do you do next-day-delivery?

Unfortunately no. We are currently not set up yet to provide in next-day-delivery.

Are the products at Lumaflex CE certified?

Yes, all of our products are CE certified.

Are the items at Lumaflex FDA Approved?

Yes, all of Lumaflex's items have been FDA Approved certified.

Are the products at Lumaflex TSA Approved?

Yes, our items are TSA Approved, so you could easily bring the device along your next trip.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Shenzhen, China.

My item is broken / malfunctioning, now what?

In case of a broken item, please reach out to our Customer Support along with your item(s) order number, and a short video / image on the malfunction of your item. 

Our red light experts will evaluate the situation of the broken item and instruct on how we'll resolve this issue asap.

Are your product medically certified?

Yes, our items have obtained a number of health certifications such as but not limited to Health Canada. FC .BSI, MSDAP, CE and others. The corresponding certfications and awards belonging to the particular product model can be found on the product page. 

How long can your items be used on one charge?

When our items are at full charge, they would last up to 8 therapy sessions. This does not take into account the lifetime of the battery and results may vary.

Can I use the Lumaflex products on my dog?

Our red light, and infrared therapy are non-invasive treatments which, based on research are applicable to your pets.

Does the Body Pro have bluetooth?

Yes, the Body Pro has a bluetooth function which allows for remote access and operation to the device, using our dedicated application for Lumaflex on both IOS and Android devices.

Are Lumaflex suitable for users under the age of 18?

We do not recommend the use of our devices on individuals less than 18 years old. However, research has shown that using the device on individuals less than 18 years old result in no complications.

Does your product have NIR wavelengths?

Yes, it does.

Can I use any charger for my Lumaflex product?

We do not endorse charging the Lumaflex devices with anything else than the provided charging cables.

Is it possible to purchase replacement parts?

Yes, it is. However, please keep note that Lumaflex offers a 2-Year-Limited Warranty which enables you to exchange parts (or the whole unit) of the device you have purchased, free of charge.

Does this product help with skin conditions?

Yes, the devices offered by Lumaflex help with a variety of skin conditions such as but not limited to acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, wound healing and scars, wrinkles and fine lines, sun damage and hyperpigmentation, stretch marks and inflammatory skin conditions.

What illnesses do Lumaflex devices treat?

Red light therapy and infrared therapy treat a number of illnesses, ranging from, but not limited to arthritis, chronic pain, muscle injuries and strains, joint disorders, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, back pain, wound healing, neuropathy, sleep disorders, mood disorders, inflammatory conditions, hair loss, cardiovascular health issues, and immune system deficiencies.

Where do I register my product warranty?

Please find the Warranty Registration Page on which you can register the warranty of the Lumaflex device with us. Simply fill out the form and/or download the warranty statements for more information.

My product was broken on delivery

In case of a broken item on delivery, please contact our Customer Service . Please prepare the order number and an image or video of the malfunctioning devices for a quicker analysis of the problem by our technical staff. 

They will then instruct you on the quickest way for us to (partially) replace your unit.

I need help with an order placed on Amazon

Unfortunately we are unable to assist with orders placed via Amazon. Please proceed to contact Amazon's Support Staff to have them contact Technical Support so as to resolve the issue at hand.

The lights on my item have stopped working

In case of a broken LED light or light strip, please contact our Customer Service . Please prepare the order number and an image or video of the malfunctioning devices for a quicker analysis of the problem by our technical staff.

They will then instruct you on the quickest way for us to (partially) replace your unit.
