The products offered on lumaflex.com are currently distributed globally.
For deliveries to addresses not included in our list of options, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Orders destined for remote locations may incur additional shipping charges, depending on the remoteness of the destination and the logistical feasibility of delivery.
We offer a limited warranty for 30 days. If you encounter any issues requiring warranty service, please contact our Customer Support Department via Live Chat or email for prompt assistance.
Orders placed on our platform will be dispatched either via Amazon Fulfillment (MCF) or our preferred shipping method from our warehouse. The choice of carrier for your order will be at our discretion and/or Amazon's.
Current delivery options:
Order Processing: Please allow one (1) day for order processing.
Free Shipping: Expected delivery within 6 to 14 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Expected delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that force majeure events, such as natural disasters or peak holiday traffic, may delay your order delivery.
If expedited shipping requests are not fulfilled as expected, you may apply for a reimbursement of the corresponding supplementary shipping charges.
Special Order Statements
Remote Region Orders:
Orders to remote regions may require an additional delivery fee, depending on the destination.
Non-Delivery Areas:
We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses, but we are working to support these areas soon.
Address Changes:

Lumaflex may, at its discretion, provide a full or partial refund for mistakenly placed orders or when a product is no longer needed.
