Yes, simply select "TrueMed® - Pay with your FSA/HSA card" at the payment option of checkout and use your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card.

Yes. Depending on your card issuer, you may be able to complete your transaction by paying in part with your FSA or HSA card and using a different credit or debit card to pay for the remaining balance.

You will receive an electronic receipt from TrueMed within your order confirmation email.

When you select the “TrueMed® - Pay with your FSA/HSA card” payment method at checkout, your cart will automatically be split into eligible and ineligible subtotals. You can then add the appropriate payment method for each subtotal.

TrueMed® can check your available HSA/FSA balance and charge that amount, and then you can provide a backup credit or debit card to handle the rest.

There are a few potential reasons why this may happen. It’s possible your HSA/FSA card has not yet been activated, or that you are attempting to purchase ineligible products with an HSA/FSA card. If you believe it is something other than that, please reach out to support@truemed.com.

You can use your HSA/FSA dollars all year long. However, FSA dollars expire at the end of the year and unused money may not rollover into the next year. Make sure to spend the rest of your FSA dollars before December 31st - use it, so you don't lose it!
